We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you aren’t, send it back! If we receive it within 30 days of your order date, we’ll refund you the purchase price. The 30 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. Orders must be in new, unworn condition to receive a refund.

 When we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) for signs of wear or use. If item(s) are in returnable condition, we will refund your method of payment. If item(s) are not in returnable condition or received after the 30 day period, item(s) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. ALL SALES OF THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

 

SHOE RETURNS:

Shoes must be in new, unworn condition, shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return and will be returned to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

JANE RETURNS:

Will be refunded through Jane.com

 

JEWELRY AND ACCESSORY RETURNS:

Due to the hygienic nature of these items, jewelry, hosiery, and accessories such as hats, belts, etc. are not returnable. All jewelry and accessory sales are final; no exceptions will be made.

 

EXCHANGES:

We do not make exchanges due to our rapid product turnover rate. If you would like a different size or color of your item, please order it and return your original item (item must meet criteria for returns as stated above). Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that it isn’t sold out before we receive your return. Complete this form to get started.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.
